We started Ping Padel because we were sick of watching league coordinators live in WhatsApp hell. Spreadsheets with six different versions. Players confused about match times. Venues losing money because no one could organize a simple six-league box league without chaos.

So we built something that actually works: an AI assistant that lives on WhatsApp, talks to your players, figures out who can play when, and gets the matches booked. No new app. No spreadsheets. Just padel that actually happens.

Co-Founder

Oliver runs a marketing agency and has spent years helping businesses turn attention into real customers. After getting into padel himself, he started noticing the same problem again and again: venues had demand, players wanted games, but the organisation behind leagues and bookings was messy, slow and too dependent on WhatsApp/booking app chaos. PingPadel came from that gap. Oliver saw an opening to help venues keep their players happy, fill more courts and make the whole experience smoother without forcing people onto another app.

James

Co-Founder

James shares the same frustration with how difficult it can be to get simple games organised. From missed messages to unclear availability, he saw how quickly league coordination could become more complicated than the sport itself. Together, James and Oliver have helped shape PingPadel around one clear idea: make it easier for venues to organise players, keep matches moving and remove the admin that stops padel from actually happening.
